2008 Honda CRV 4WD installing starter and intake plenum after removal. Third generation: 2007-2011

Starter label: Warning! Over-tightening of the battery post nut will cause the starter solenoid cap to crack or break. The battery post nut must be torqued to 6 ft. lbs. (8 N.M.). cracked or broken caps due to over-tightening will void the warranty.

I see your design is like mine with that PIA plastic tank BOLTED to the intake. I see you removed the TB, did that help in slipping the manifold out? I never removed the TB so I had to loosen the fan & radiator assembly, pull it forward, then slip it out. It was tough that way.
